With a length of 182m and a width of 14.2m, the “Jabo-Jabo1” coupling formation is the largest cargo ship that has ever been in Basel. It holds a total of 7,217 tons and was loaded with scrap iron at Rohstoff Terminal Basel AG in Kleinhüninger Rheinhafen so that it could continue its journey to Ghent to the company's deep-sea storage facility after a two-day docking period. Nobody in Switzerland has ever loaded such a large ship.
